New Zealand 

Your order will be sent by NZ Post, you will receive a tracking number once dispatched. For rural delivery please allow an extra 1-2 days.

Australia 

We send your package via Fedex or DHL Express. We take zero responsibility for incoming tax and duty if your order exceeds your local import costs. 

USA + UK

We send your package via Fedex or DHL  - we take no responsibility for taxes and duty on arrival, this is the buyers responsibility.  Please note prices are not inclusive of customs, duties and taxies. These are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs site to make sure that your order doesn't exceed the threshold for excess taxes.

ALL INTERNATIONAL -  This is a standard delivery 7-15 business days. In some regions, this can take longer.

We do not take responsibility for lost packages or damaged in transit. 

Once your package has been sent, you will receive notification of this.

Generally speaking - most orders under $800 will not be flagged by customs.

We are super happy to ship international, just send us a message or email and we will get a special rate for you. We recommend purchasing more than 1 item to help ease shipping costs!

Delivery

Orders will be sent out within 2 business days unless stated otherwise. On a public holiday the order will be shipped the following business day. A tracking number will be sent to your email address once your order has been posted.
