Shipping:

Please allow 2 Business Days to pack your order. We are a small in-house brand that does not use a third party facility, all our bags are checked over, packaged carefully and sent out directly from our HQ. During launches and busy periods there may be a 5-7 day wait for packing.

New Zealand 2-3 Business Days

Your order will be sent by NZ Post, you will receive a tracking number once dispatched. For rural delivery please allow an extra 1-2 days.

Australia 5 Business Days

We send all our Australian orders with Aus Post Couriers from NZ. Please expect a delivery time of 5 business working days for arrivals. During peak holiday periods like xmas, nye and sale times like black friday, there can be huge congestions on shipping times, we endeavor to upgrade order to express for 2-3 day arrivals for your orders during certain times.

USA + UK 5-10 Business Days

We send your package via Fedex or DHL  - We offer upgrade to express shipping on checkout.  we take no responsibility for taxes and duty on arrival, this is the buyers responsibility.  Please note prices are not inclusive of customs, duties and taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs site to make sure that your order doesn't exceed the threshold for excess taxes.

ALL INTERNATIONAL -  This is a standard delivery 7-15 business days. In some regions, this can take longer.
