What is your Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 10-day return window from the day your order is received. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, with tags attached, and returned in their original flat format (not rolled, folded, or scrunched). Tracking is required for all returns.

If you’d like to exchange for another item / upgrade your size or receive store credit, we’ll cover the extra shipping costs to get your new bag to you, simply return the item via your own paid and tracked method and once received we will post the next one out!

For faulty items, we will cover the return shipping and provide a pre-paid return label. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
How can I track my order?

We aim to process and ship orders within 48 hours of placement. Note during busy periods like Pre Order release dates, turn around can take up to 5 days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details, allowing you to monitor its progress. Simply use the provided tracking information on our delivery partner’s website to stay updated on your shipment.
